With a background in dance and movement studies, plus her love of outdoor activities, Anne offers a variety of fitness venues and approaches. Anne’s training style is pilates-based and she is well known in Collingwood for her expertise and experience teaching pilates, as well as yoga. Anne’s training repertoire also includes fitness instruction for active older adults.
Adopting a client-centered approach, Anne takes pride in the ongoing development of client and class relationships to meet the needs and goals of her wide-ranging client base. She believes there are many ways to share the love of movement and to find balance for a healthy lifestyle.
